JUMAN is a national non-governmental organization (NGO) operating in Somalia, dedicated to providing life-saving support and promoting sustainable development in conflict-affected regions. Our core activities include protection, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), livelihood support, and nutrition. JUMAN is particularly active in child protection, mine action services, and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) interventions. As an active member of the Protection Cluster in Somalia, JUMAN is committed to addressing protection risks through comprehensive approaches to child protection, GBV interventions, explosive hazard management, and Housing, Land, and Property (HLP) rights. By collaborating with local and international partners and maintaining a strong presence in affected regions, JUMAN continues to significantly impact the lives of vulnerable populations in Somalia.
